Shine Muscat grapes
180g sweet rice flour (mochi flour)
15g cocoa powder
50g sugar
a pinch of salt
250g milk

Remove moisture from Shine Muscat grapes and coat them with melted white chocolate, then chill in the refrigerator until set.

Sift together sweet rice flour, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt into a pot, then add sugar and mix well.

Add milk and mix, then heat on low while stirring until the moisture evaporates and the mixture becomes sticky, then transfer to a bowl to cool.
