Prepare the steamed white rice according to package instructions.

Sauté the julienne cabbage, bean sprouts, sliced shiitake mushroom, and julienne carrots in cooking oil until tender.

Cook the ground beef in a separate pan, adding soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and minced garlic until fully cooked.

In a bowl, place a serving of rice as the base.

Top the rice with sautéed vegetables, cooked beef, and a fried egg.

Drizzle gochujang sauce made from gochujang, brown sugar, water, roasted sesame seeds, vinegar, and minced garlic over the top before serving.
