Avocado Deviled Eggs

Hard-Boil the Eggs: Add water to a pot and bring it to a boil over medium heat. Gently place the eggs into the boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. Transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water to cool for easy peeling.

Prepare the Filling: Cut the peeled eggs in half lengthwise and carefully scoop out the yolks. In a mixing bowl, mash the yolks with the avocado until smooth. Add salt, black pepper, and optional lemon juice for flavor.

Add Fresh Ingredients: Fold in the chopped green onions and diced tomatoes into the avocado-yolk mixture.
