Avocado Deviled Eggs

6 boiled eggs
1/2 ripe avocado
juice of 1/2 lime
pinch of salt
white pepper
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1-1.5 shots of sriracha
smoked paprika or chili powder for seasoning

Steam the eggs until boiled and peel them carefully to avoid tearing.

Cut each boiled egg in half lengthwise and remove the yolk, placing the whites on a plate.

Mash 1/2 of a ripe avocado in a bowl.

Add the yolks of 6 eggs to the mashed avocado.

Squeeze juice from 1/2 a lime into the mixture to prevent browning.

Add a pinch of salt and some white pepper to taste.

Mix in 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard.

Add 1-1.5 shots of sriracha to the mixture and mix until smooth.

Fill the egg whites with the avocado-yolk mixture, trying to make them look presentable.
