1

Start by preparing the green seasoning: blend garlic, sweet onion, cilantro, basil, parsley, rosemary, cumin, curry powder, roasted garlic olive oil, water, and habanero pepper sauce until smooth.

2

Double bag the chicken leg quarters and add enough marinade to cover them 3/4 of the way, then add beer to cover the rest.

3

Mix to combine, label, seal, and store in the fridge for at least 1 day.

4

After marinating, remove the chicken from the bag and pat dry.

5

Preheat the Electactic propane gas grill to 400°F.

6

Place the chicken skin side down on the grill and cook for a few minutes per side.

7

Slather the chicken with homemade barbecue sauce towards the end of cooking to avoid burning the sugars.

8

Cook until a beautiful crust forms and the chicken is cooked through.
