Mix brown sugar, mustard, and honey in a bowl until combined.
Spread the mixture evenly over the scored ham.
Insert cloves into the intersections of the diamond cuts.
Pour pineapple juice and orange juice over the ham.
Add garlic, black pepper, and bay leaves around the ham.
Cover the ham loosely with aluminum foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1.5 to 2 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
Check the internal temperature reaches 70°C (160°F).
Let the ham rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
