Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 2 hours until doubled in size.
Roll out the dough to desired thickness, making divots with fingers to prevent puffing.
Mix za'atar with olive oil for topping.
Add cheese and parsley on top of the rolled dough.
Preheat the oven to 550°F (288°C).
Bake for 4.5 to 6 minutes, depending on thickness and oven type.
