Gradually add the all-purpose flour to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll into balls.
Place the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them apart.
Flatten each ball slightly with the bottom of a glass.
Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden.
Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
