Instructions

- 4Add sliced onion and garlic; sauté until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- 5Add sliced carrot and shiitake mushrooms; cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- 6Stir in spinach and cook until wilted, about 1-2 minutes.
- 7Push vegetables to the side and add beef; cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes.
- 8Add drained noodles to the skillet; toss to combine with vegetables and beef.
- 9Pour in soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar; stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- 10Season with black pepper to taste; mix well.
- 11Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onion before serving.
