Roast 2 tbsp of coriander seed, 2 tbsp of cumin seed, 1 tsp of fenugreek seed, 1 tsp of cloves, 1 tbsp of garlic flakes, 1 tsp of black pepper, 1 tbsp of fennel seed, 2 bay leaves, 7 pieces of green cardamon, 1 stick of cinnamon, 1 whole nutmeg, 6 turmeric roots, and 5 pieces of cayenne pepper for 10 minutes.

Let the roasted mixture sit for 5 minutes to cool off.

Blend the cooled mixture with 1 tbsp of dried onion powder, 1 tbsp of corn starch, 1 tbsp of salt, and 1 tbsp of sugar until well blended.
