1 cup grated dodger cheese
1 cup sifted flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup room temperature butter
1 room temperature egg
1/2 cup milk
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Peel off the red wax coating from the dodger cheese and grate it finely.

Sift the flour.

In a bowl, combine sifted flour, sugar, room temperature butter, room temperature egg, milk, salt, and vanilla extract.

Mix the butter and sugar together with a whisk until combined.

Add the room temperature egg and mix until well combined.

Add the flour in three parts, mixing a little each time, alternating with adding half of the milk.

After mixing in the first third of flour and half of the milk, add the second third of flour and the rest of the milk, mixing well.

Finally, add the last third of flour and mix until all flour is incorporated, creating a thick batter.

Prepare fillings: shred the dodger cheese, and have strawberries, peaches, dulce de leche, Nutella, and sweetened condensed milk ready.

Use a wafer maker to cook the batter until it reaches the desired color.

Spread Nutella on the cooked wafer, add shredded cheese and strawberries, then roll it up.

Decorate the rolled marquesitas with more Nutella, cheese, and strawberries.

Repeat the process for a second marquesita using dulce de leche and peaches.
