1 red bell pepper
2 cloves of garlic
40g parsley
500g minced beef
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp salt
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp allspice
0.5 tsp cumin
0.3 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp chili flakes
0.5 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika

Chop 1 onion, 1 green bell pepper, 1 red bell pepper, and 2 cloves of garlic.

Finely chop 40g of parsley.

In a bowl, combine 500g of minced beef with the chopped vegetables and parsley.

Add 2 tbsp of tomato paste, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of coriander, 1 tsp of allspice, 0.5 tsp of cumin, 0.3 tsp of cinnamon, 1 tsp of chili flakes, 0.5 tsp of black pepper, and 1 tsp of paprika to the beef mixture.

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.

Take pita bread and fill it with the beef mixture, spreading it evenly.

Drizzle 3 tbsp of oil over the filled pita bread.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).

Place the filled pita bread in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
