2 lbs ground beef
1/2 onion
2-3 whole garlic cloves
1 bell pepper
1 jalapeno pepper
a bunch of parsley
1 red tomato
tomato paste
olive oil
allspice
cumin
black pepper
salt
paprika
cinnamon
coriander

Chop up parsley, onion, garlic, and bell pepper.

Put chopped veggies in a food processor.

Drain excess water from the chopped veggies using a strainer or cheesecloth.

Mix ground beef with the drained veggies in a bowl.

Season the meat mixture with allspice, cumin, black pepper, salt, paprika, cinnamon, and coriander.

Add tomato paste to the meat mixture and mix well.

Preheat the oven to 325°F.

Cut pita bread in half and stuff with the meat mixture.

Brush the outside of the stuffed pita bread with olive oil.

Place stuffed pita bread on a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
