2 pounds 80% lean ground beef

paprika

ground cumin
sea salt

Start with 2 ounces fresh parsley in your food processor.

Add 1 yellow onion, 1 green bell pepper, and 6 garlic cloves to the processor.

Strain the excess water from the vegetable mixture.

Add the vegetable mixture to the lahma (ground beef).

Season the lahma with all spice, paprika, ground coriander, ground cumin, sea salt, and black pepper.

Slice thick pita bread in half and pack the lahma in the pita pocket.
