6g dried yeast
250-300ml warm water
60g salted butter
500g beef
2 onions
2 green bell peppers
1 yellow bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
3 garlic cloves
a bunch of green parsley
2 tsp paprika powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp salt
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp cardamom
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
2 tsp coriander
2 tsp cumin

Prepare the dough by mixing flour, sugar, salt, dried yeast, and warm water. Knead until smooth and let it rise.

For the meat filling, combine minced beef, chopped onions, bell peppers, garlic, and parsley in a bowl.

Season the meat mixture with paprika, black pepper, salt, nutmeg, allspice, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, coriander, and cumin.
