1 roughly chopped yellow onion
1 roughly chopped green bell pepper
1 jalapeño
2 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
sea salt
black pepper
thicker style pita bread

Add fresh parsley, 1 roughly chopped yellow onion, 1 roughly chopped green bell pepper, 1 jalapeño, and 2 garlic cloves to a food processor.

Strain the excess water from the vegetable mixture.

Add the strained vegetable mixture to the ground beef.

Mix the beef and vegetables together.

Season the mixture with 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon ground coriander, 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin, sea salt, and black pepper.

Slice the thicker style pita bread in half to create a pocket.
