Start by preheating the Rival roaster to 375°F.
Spray the Rival roaster with butter spray.
Open and prepare 4 lbs of bacon, using scissors to cut the packaging.
Cook the bacon in the Rival roaster for about 12 minutes, checking at 5 minutes to see how it's cooking.
Sprinkle brown sugar over the bacon in the roaster.
Close the roaster and let the bacon cook with the brown sugar.
While the bacon is cooking, prepare the onions by peeling and slicing them into rings.
Heat a pan and add the sliced onions, cooking them on medium-high heat (7 on the dial).
Add about a tablespoon of soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce to the onions.
Cook the onions until they are tender and done by the time the bacon is ready.
After about 5 minutes, check the bacon and spread it out in the roaster for even cooking.
Prepare the bread by butter spraying or buttering each slice, deciding whether to toast them or not.
Once the bacon is ready, layer one package of cheddar cheese on top of the bacon in the roaster.
Drain the cooked onions and add them on top of the bacon and cheese.
Top with the remaining cheese and increase the temperature to 425°F to finish cooking.
