Add 1 water glass of coarse bulgur to the pot.

Add 6 water glasses of cold water and let it boil.

When the water boils, add 1 water glass of bone broth and close the lid.

In a large bowl, add 1 water glass of yoghurt, 1 egg, and 1 overfull tablespoon of flour.

Mix and whisk for a long time until smooth.

Add 1 water glass of boiled chickpea and stir, then leave on low heat.

In a pan, add 1 overfull tablespoon of butter and melt it, then turn off the stove.
