Turkey is leaner while chicken thighs are more economical.

Nutritional yeast is dairy-free and cheaper options are available.
Add all paste ingredients in grinder and make a smooth paste.
Add butter in a pan.
Add bell peppers, capsicum.
Sauté for a minute.
Add prepared red paste.
Mix well.
Add ketchup, red chilli powder, mixed herbs.
Mix and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add cheese spread and cooking cream, salt.
Mix well.
Add cooked pasta.
Mix well.
Add Water if required.
Add fresh basil leaves, black olives.
Cook until pasta is coated with gravy.
Add butter and maida in a pan.
Roast maida properly/ until light golden colour.
Add milk and keep stirring for 1 to 2 minutes.
Add cooking cream and keep stirring for another 1 to 2 minutes.
Add cheese spread, black pepper powder, pinch salt.
Mix well.
White cheese sauce is ready.
Add butter in a pan.
Add bell peppers, capsicum, boiled corn, salt.
Sauté for a minutes.
Add white prepared cheese sauce and mix well.
Add cooked pasta.
Add mixed herbs, chilli flakes.
Add milk if required.
Add black olives.
Cook until pasta is coated with white cheese sauce.
Add butter in a pan.
Add all other sautéed vegetables ingredients.
Cook for one or two minutes.
Add butter, crushed garlic, chilli flakes, oregano and parsley in a bowl.
Spread prepared mixer on bread.
Add shredded mozzarella cheese and chopped green chillies and red chillies.
Toast in oven/ pan until cheese is melted and edges/ bottom of bread is light golden brown.
Heat iron sizzler plate for 10-12 minutes.
Place cabbage leaves on heated iron plate.
Place prepared red gravy pasta, white sauce pasta, veggies, French fries, cheesy garlic sticks.
Sizzle under cabbage leaves with butter.
