Liver and Onions

1 lb lamb's liver
1/4 cup seasoned flour
2 large onions
2 cups potatoes, diced
2 cups cabbage, chopped
4 oz streaky bacon
1 tbsp mixed herbs
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp corn flour
1/2 cup water

Chop onions and add them to the heated oil, sautéing until softened.

Dredge lamb's liver in seasoned flour (flour, salt, pepper).

Seal the liver in the pan on both sides.

Add stock, mixed herbs, and a dash of Worcestershire sauce to the pan after sealing the liver.
