1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and Italian sausage over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.

3

Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until the onion is translucent.

4

Stir in the spaghetti sauce, beef bouillon, sugar, red wine, onion powder, garlic powder, basil, oregano, rosemary, chilli flakes, salt, and pepper. Let simmer for about 20 minutes.

5

In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, and nutmeg. Mix until smooth.

6

In a baking dish, spread a layer of meat sauce at the bottom, followed by a layer of lasagna noodles, then a layer of the ricotta mixture, and a layer of mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of meat sauce and topped with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.

7

Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

8

Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
