Take slices of white bread (or brown bread) for making breadcrumbs.

Place the bread slices on a baking tray.

Preheat the OTG to 200 degrees Celsius.

Set the timer for 15 to 20 minutes and turn on the fan mode.

Toast the bread slices in the OTG until they are well toasted, checking the texture after 15-20 minutes.

If using a smaller OTG, reduce the time as needed.

Allow the toasted bread to cool down.

If you don't have an OTG, you can toast the bread in a pan on low flame.

Roast the bread in the pan for about 5 to 10 minutes until it becomes hard and crispy.

Once toasted, break the bread into pieces and add them to a jar.

Grind the toasted bread pieces until they turn into fine breadcrumbs.

Store the breadcrumbs in an airtight container for up to a month.
