Gather ingredients: 1 orange, 3/4 cup yogurt, 1 shredded carrot, 1 cup ice, 1/4 cup water, 1 banana, and vanilla.

Peel the banana and save the peels for composting.

Add 1 cup of ice to the Vitamix.

Add the banana to the Vitamix.

Add the shredded carrot to the Vitamix.

Add the orange to the Vitamix.

Add 3/4 cup yogurt to the Vitamix.

Add 1/4 cup water to help with mixing.
