70 grams unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup (56 grams) blanched almond flour
20 grams unflavored whey protein powder
4 eggs
pinch of salt
handful of walnuts (optional)

Weigh out all ingredients using a food scale.

In a large bowl, add 1/2 cup of butter cut into small pieces.

Add 70 grams of low-carb chocolate chips to the bowl.

Microwave the butter and chocolate chips for 1-2 minutes until melted.

Whisk the melted butter and chocolate chips together until a chocolate sauce forms.

Add 1 cup of confectioner's erythritol to the bowl.

Add 70 grams of unsweetened cocoa powder to the bowl.
