1 cup monk fruit sweetener

225 grams melted butter
3 teaspoons vanilla
100 grams sugar-free chocolate chips
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 teaspoon sweetener per 50 grams chocolate chips
50 grams white chocolate chips
50 grams dark chocolate chips

Set oven to 340°F (170°C) and grease and line an oven safe casserole dish.

In a mixing bowl, add 3 cups of almond flour, 1 cup of cocoa powder, 2 pinches of salt, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, and 1 cup of monk fruit sweetener.

Whisk the dry ingredients together until fully combined.

Add 6 eggs, 225 grams of melted butter, and 3 teaspoons of vanilla to the dry ingredients and mix until fully combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared casserole dish and smooth it out.

Bake the brownies for 30 minutes.

For the topping, melt 100 grams of sugar-free chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons of coconut oil in the microwave until completely liquid.

Pour the melted chocolate over the cooled brownies as desired.
