1/4 cup zero carb protein powder
1 teaspoon egg white powder
1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup monk fruit blend sweetener
1/4 cup brown sugar-free sweetener
2 eggs
1/4 cup unsalted softened butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
7 ounces sugar-free chocolate chips

In a medium bowl, add 1/2 cup inulin powder, 1/4 cup zero carb protein powder, 1 teaspoon egg white powder, 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum, and 1 teaspoon salt. Whisk together until mixed.

Slowly add in 1/2 cup coconut milk and beat until the mixture becomes gooey.

Add 1/4 cup monk fruit blend sweetener, 1/4 cup brown sugar-free sweetener, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup unsalted softened butter, and 1 teaspoon vanilla to the mixture.

Melt 7 ounces of sugar-free chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, then add to the brownie mixture and mix until combined.

Scoop the mixture into a square baking pan lined with parchment paper.

Bake in a 325 degree oven for 25-30 minutes until the brownies are set on top.

Remove from oven and let cool completely, then lift out using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
