2 sticks of butter (12 tablespoons)
2 oz unsweetened baker's chocolate

Add 1/4 cup cocoa powder to a bowl.

Add 2 tablespoons coconut flour and a pinch of salt to the bowl with cocoa powder and press out any clumps, then set aside.

In a separate bowl, crack 3 room temperature eggs and add 1/2 cup erythritol and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.

Whip the eggs until they reach three times their size, then set aside.

In another bowl, add 2 oz of unsweetened baker's chocolate and 12 tablespoons of butter.

Microwave the chocolate and butter together in bursts of 30 seconds until melted and fully incorporated.
