Traditionally made with thinly sliced beef, it is breaded and fried to a crispy perfection, often served with fresh toppings like avocado and lime. This dish reflects the fusion of cultures and is a staple in many households, enjoyed for its simplicity and delicious flavor.

Prepare the marinade by mixing 1 tablespoon of Maggie seasoning, 1/4 tablespoon of ground black pepper, 1/2 tablespoon of garlic powder, and salt to taste in a bowl.
Add milk to the marinade and mix well.
Place the beef cutlets in a separate bowl and pour the marinade over them, letting them rest for 20 to 30 minutes.
After marinating, drain the excess milk from the beef cutlets.
Prepare the breading station with beaten eggs and bread crumbs ready.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Dredge each marinated cutlet in the beaten eggs, ensuring they are well coated.
Coat the egg-covered cutlet in bread crumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
Shake off excess bread crumbs and place the cutlet in the hot oil.
Cook each cutlet for about 2 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes on the other side.
Once cooked, transfer the cutlets to a plate lined with a paper towel to drain excess oil.
