Add 4-5 tablespoons of oil to a pan.
Add 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic and sauté for 2 minutes.
Add 600 grams of ground beef and cook until the color changes, breaking it apart.
Add 1 teaspoon of salt and mix well.
Add 1/2 cup of water and cook on low flame for about 20 minutes until the beef is tender.
Add 2 pureed tomatoes and mix, adjusting the flame to medium-high.
Add 1 teaspoon of chili powder, 1 teaspoon of chili flakes, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
Add 1 teaspoon of vinegar, 1 teaspoon of chili sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of tomato ketchup, mixing well.
Cook until all the water evaporates and then turn off the flame.
In a bowl, mix 1 cup of mayonnaise, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of oregano, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of white vinegar, and 4-5 tablespoons of milk to make the sauce.
Prepare the vegetables by mixing sliced onion, sliced cabbage, and julienned orange carrot with a pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon of white vinegar.
Take homemade tortilla bread and spread garlic sauce on top.
Add the cooked beef mixture, followed by pizza cheese.
Top with the mixed vegetables and wrap the tortilla tightly.
Grill the wrapped burritos in a grill pan with a little butter until golden brown on both sides, flipping when one side is lightly colored.
Remove from the heat and serve.
