Peel 5-6 potatoes and add them to a pot with water and salt to boil.

Once the potatoes are boiled, drain them and let them stand.

Transfer the potatoes to a bowl and mash them well.

Add salt to taste, 1 tablespoon butter, and some chopped fresh coriander to the mashed potatoes and mix well.

In a non-stick pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil.

Add 2 chopped onions and some chopped garlic to the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes until slightly colored.

Add 500 grams of boneless chicken cut into small cubes, along with some chopped carrot and capsicum.

Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and mix well, sautéing for 5 minutes to cook the spices.

Add some water to the chicken mixture and cover it to cook on low flame until the chicken is cooked through.

Once the chicken is cooked, mix in some chopped fresh coriander and turn off the flame.

In a baking tray, add a little oil and spread it around.

Spread the mashed potatoes evenly at the bottom of the tray.

Layer the cooked chicken mixture on top of the mashed potatoes.

Shape the remaining potato mixture into small balls and arrange them on top of the chicken.

In a pot, combine 1 1/2 cups of milk with 1 tablespoon of corn flour and 1 tablespoon of butter, adding a little salt.

Mix well and heat until the mixture thickens, then turn off the flame.

Pour the sauce over the layered chicken and potatoes, adding mozzarella cheese on top.

Bake at 180°C for at least 30 minutes, covering it to achieve a good color on top.
