Cut the white parts of the leeks into thin slices.

Wash the leeks with plenty of water and drain them.

Grate 2 carrots.

Finely chop 1/4 bunch of dill and parsley.

Whisk together 2 eggs and 6 tablespoons of oil in a deep bowl.

Add leek, carrot, parsley, dill, 2 heaped tablespoons of flour, 2 heaped tablespoons of corn flour, salt, red pepper flakes, and ground black pepper to the bowl and mix all the ingredients well.

Brush a non-stick pan with a diameter of about 28 cm with oil.

Pour all the leek mixture into the pan and spread it evenly by pressing it with the back of the spoon.

Cook over medium-low heat, by closing the lid on it, until the bottom is browned, about 15 minutes.

Turn it over with the help of a flat lid and let the other side cook for 10 minutes.

Transfer to a serving plate and serve it by slicing once cool down.
