Wash the yuca. Peel and dice.

Simmer the yuca for 30min.

Drain. Pull out the middle hard string.

Mash the yuca.

Mix the rest of the ingredients into the yuca mash.

Knead the mixture with your hands until you get a slightly firm mixture. If it's too wet, add oat flour and refrigerate for 30 min.

Scoop out the mixture and form into long balls that you shape onto the skewer.

You can either pan fry or grill them. You don't need oil, simply heat up your pan and place them in to warm them up.

If you are grilling, then just put these on top of your grill to heat them up.
