Soak dried white beans in water and boil for 5 minutes, then leave in the same water overnight.
Drain the beans and add them to a pot with fresh water and frozen mixed peppers.
Chop the onion and add it to the pot with the beans and peppers.
Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer until beans are soft, about 1.5 hours.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Add olive oil to a baking pan and heat it in the oven.
Mix flour into the hot oil until it turns golden brown, then add paprika and mix for another 2-3 minutes.
Add the cooked beans to the pan, leaving most of the liquid behind, and mix with the flour and paprika.
Add spices including savory, Georgian herb, and salt, and mix well.
Chop pickled cabbage and add it to the beans, mixing thoroughly.
Add canned tomatoes to the mixture and ensure everything is well combined.
Return the mixture to the oven and bake for about 30 minutes until crispy on top.
