Tater Tots

1 bag frozen hash browns
1 tablespoon white miso
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dehydrated bell pepper
1/4 teaspoon fennel
1/4 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon oregano
6 cups diced Yukon Gold potatoes
1/2 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
1 tablespoon smoked paprika

Steam the entire bag of frozen hash browns for 3 to 5 minutes until easily smashable with a fork.

Remove the cooked hash browns from heat and place them in a large mixing bowl to cool.

Add 1 tablespoon of white miso to the cooled hash browns.

Mix in the following seasonings: 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon dehydrated bell pepper, 1/4 teaspoon fennel, 1/4 teaspoon basil, 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley, and 1/4 teaspoon oregano using your hands until well combined.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Form the potato mixture into small Tater Tot shapes, using about 2 tablespoons of the mixture for each.

Place the formed Tater Tots on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, then flip them and bake for an additional 20 minutes.

Remove the Tater Tots from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
