2 Potatoes diced
1/2 Red Bell Pepper chopped
1/2 Green Bell Pepper chopped
1 Small Onion chopped
3 to 4 Garlic Cloves chopped
2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 to 3 cup Beef Broth
2 tablespoons Sofrito
1 chicken Boullion
2 tablespoon Olives
2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
1 tablespoon Onion Powder
1 tablespoon Adobo Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
2 teaspoons Dried Oregano
1/4 cup fresh Cilantro
2 tablespoon Olive Oil

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.

Add chopped onion and bell peppers; sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.

Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add ground beef to the skillet; cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon, about 5-7 minutes.

Drain excess fat from the skillet, if necessary.

Stir in soy sauce, beef broth, sofrito, chicken bouillon, olives, tomato paste, onion powder, adobo seasoning, black pepper, oregano, and cumin; mix well.
