1 cup tomato sauce

1/2 cup green olives, sliced
2 tablespoons capers
1/4 cup raisins
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon oregano
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cups cooked rice
