¼ C tahini
juice of 2 whole limes
2-3 Tbsp olive oil
1 clove minced garlic
½ tsp ground cumin
1 ½ tsp salt
2 whole jalapenos
15 oz can of chickpeas

Place ¼ C of tahini in your food processor.

Add the juice of 2 whole limes to the food processor.

Run the food processor for about 15-20 seconds with the tahini and lime juice.

Add 2-3 Tbsp of olive oil to the mixture.

Add 1 clove of minced garlic.

Add ½ tsp of ground cumin.

Add 1 ½ tsp of salt.

Run the food processor until the mixture is nice and smooth.

Add 2 whole chopped jalapenos (keeping the seeds in for spice, or removing them for less spice).

Add ½ of the 15 oz can of chickpeas to the food processor.

Process the mixture and scrape down the sides of the food processor.

Add the remaining chickpeas and process again until smooth.

If the mixture is too thick, add a little bit of water to smooth it out.
