1 teaspoon nutmeg
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon orange peel
2 tablespoons raw honey
4 cups water
2 cups coconut milk

Wash the Irish moss thoroughly to remove any loose debris or sand.

Soak the Irish moss in hot water to allow it to expand.

Prepare two coconuts for their juice or milk.

Add cinnamon sticks and three star anise to a pot.

Grate a whole nutmeg into the pot.

Add two cups of water to the pot and simmer on low heat.
