Cranberry Curd Tart

1 bag cranberries
1 orange
1 store-bought graham cracker crust

Get a bag of cranberries and an orange for zesting.

Take the store-bought graham cracker crust out of its tin and crumble it up.

Mix the crumbled graham cracker crust with a little bit of butter and press it into a pie plate.

Soften butter by putting hot water in a glass to warm it up, then use it to soften the butter for the recipe.

Add 1 cup of sugar to the softened butter and mix.

Add 2 eggs and 2 egg yolks to the mixture.

Put the mixture back into a pot over low heat to combine.

Once combined, pour the mixture into the prepared crust and bake.
