Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Prepare the Camembert by removing it from its plastic packaging.
Create a makeshift container using greaseproof baking paper to hold the cheese.
Score the top of the Camembert in a diamond pattern, not cutting all the way through.
Insert slices of garlic into the scored sections of the cheese.
Add a few sprigs of fresh rosemary into the cheese.
Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the top of the cheese.
Add a squeeze of runny honey on top of the cheese.
Sprinkle freshly ground black pepper over the cheese.
Place the cheese on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let it sit for 2 to 5 minutes to cool slightly before serving.
Remove the rosemary sprigs before serving, if desired.
