Camembert cheese

Open the box of Camembert cheese and remove the outside layer.
Place the Camembert back in its box.
Using the tip of a sharp knife, cut out the center of the top of the Camembert, leaving a rim around the edge.
Slice a garlic clove into nice thin chunks, not minced.
Remove the sprigs from the rosemary, avoiding the core stalk.
Insert the garlic slices into the cheese, as much or as little as desired.
Insert the rosemary sprigs into the cheese, spacing them around for presentation.
Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the top of the cheese.
Place the Camembert back in its box and put it in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 20 minutes.
While the cheese is baking, prepare something to dunk in it, like French baguette or vegetables.
After 20 minutes, remove the Camembert from the oven and serve immediately.
