Camembert cheese

Take the Camembert out of its packaging and place the packaging inside itself (base inside the lid).
Peel the garlic and cut it into thin slices.
Use a sharp knife to cut slits in the top of the Camembert.
Stuff the garlic slices into the slits of the cheese, using about half of the clove.
Wedge sprigs of fresh rosemary into the cheese.
Drizzle olive oil over the top of the Camembert.
Drizzle runny honey over the top of the cheese.
Place the Camembert on a baking tray and put it in a medium oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, remove the Camembert from the oven; it should be bubbling and golden on top.
Lift the Camembert off the tray and place it onto a board with fresh crusty bread.
Let it sit for a few minutes before serving to avoid burning yourself with hot cheese.
