1 cup of Mozzarella Cheese
1 cup of Smoked Gouda

1/2 cup of mayonnaise

seasoned breadcrumbs
2-3 cups seasoned breadcrumbs

Preheat oven to 350°.

Prepare the stuffing by mixing cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, smoked gouda, salt, pepper, and parsley together well.

Cook bacon in the oven until crispy, then cut it up and mix it into the filling.

Butterfly the boneless and skinless chicken breasts and create a pocket in the chicken using scissors.

In the first bowl, mix flour, pepper, garlic powder, and salt.
