1 lbs ground chicken
1 tbs garlic powder
ยผ cup chopped chives or onions
1 tbs onion powder
2 cups of sweet potato shredded
ยฝ tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
ยผ cup of flour
2 tbs plus 1 tsp canola oil

In a large bowl mix all ingredients except the canola oil.

Using your hands or wooden spoon, mix all ingredients well incorporating the oil into the mixture.

Using an ice cream scoop, make some 1โ€ balls with the mixture and lay on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

Start your grill and set the temperature to 400ยบF.

Once temp has been reached put your cookie sheet on the grill and set a timer for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes flip the meatballs over and set your timer for another 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes check to see if internal temp of meatballs has reached 165ยบF.

If temp has been reached remove from grill and let them rest for 10 minutes.
