Heat water in a pot, less than halfway full.

Add the meat when the water starts to boil and remove any foam that forms on top until the water is clear.

Add the tomato, onion, and garlic to the pot.

Season with salt, a little cumin, ground pepper, and 1 teaspoon of beef bouillon.

Once the meat and bone are tender, add the yuca and corn.
