4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Mrs Dash
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp chicken bouillon
1/4 cup olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 lemon, sliced (for garnish)

Welcome back, today we're making lemon chicken with chicken thighs.

Set up the marinade: add 1 tablespoon of oregano, 2 teaspoons of thyme leaves, 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard, 2 teaspoons of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of Mrs Dash to a bowl.

Add 1/4 cup of lemon juice, 4 minced garlic cloves, and 1/3 cup of olive oil to the marinade and stir to combine.

Peel the skin back on the chicken thighs to get extra flavor, sprinkle chicken bouillon on both sides of the chicken.

Massage the seasoning into the chicken thighs to ensure it's well incorporated.

Place the chicken thighs in the marinade and mix well, ensuring they are coated.

Refrigerate the marinated chicken for 1 hour (or longer if desired).

After marinating, preheat the oven to 350°F.

Place the marinated chicken thighs on top of sliced onions and lemons in a baking dish, pouring the remaining marinade over the top.

Bake in the oven until the internal temperature reaches 185-190°F, which should take about 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Check the chicken's temperature, it should be around 199°F when done.

Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving, then drizzle with lemon juice gravy.
