2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons lemon pepper
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon basil

Place 4 chicken breasts into a gallon sized ziploc bag.

Add the juice from 2 lemons (about 1/2 cup) into the bag.

Pour in 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.

Add 2 teaspoons of lemon pepper, 1 teaspoon of oregano, 1 teaspoon of basil, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

Seal the bag and shake it until all ingredients are evenly dispersed.

Marinate the chicken in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours.

Heat a heavy skillet over medium-high heat.

Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it directly into the skillet, discarding the remaining marinade.
