Grease the doughnut pan with a little bit of butter and set aside.
Measure out the all-purpose flour and add 2 teaspoons of baking powder, a little bit of salt, and some corn starch. Whisk together and set aside.
In another bowl, add butter and brown sugar, whisking until creamy.
Add cinnamon powder and nutmeg to the creamy mixture and whisk again, scraping down the sides of the bowl.
Add eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition until fully absorbed.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients alternately, starting with flour and mixing until combined.
Add milk to thin out the batter, mixing until absorbed, then continue alternating with the remaining dry ingredients until fully combined.
Transfer the batter to a piping bag placed inside a cup, filling it without overfilling.
Cut off the tip of the piping bag and squeeze the batter into the doughnut pan, filling each cavity without overfilling.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the doughnuts for about 12-15 minutes until the underside is golden brown.
Optionally, flip the doughnuts and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes for more browning.
Remove from the oven and let cool on the countertop.
Make a glaze by mixing honey with a little lemon, then brush it over the cooled doughnuts or dip the doughnuts in the mixture.
