Add 1 cup of warm water to a bowl.
Add 200 grams of granulated sugar to the water, mixing until combined. Use only half of the sugar at this stage.
Add 1.5 tablespoons of instant yeast to the mixture and mix well. Let it sit for 15 minutes until it becomes frothy.
After 15 minutes, add 2 eggs to the mixture. Medium-sized eggs can be used.
Add 1/2 cup of milk to the mixture.
Add 2 teaspoons of bread improver to the mixture. If you don't have bread improver, you can substitute it with baking powder.
Mix all the dry ingredients together, then create a well in the center and pour in the liquid mixture.
Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients using a spoon, then knead by hand until the dough is smooth. If needed, add 1/3 cup of water.
Let the dough rest for 15 minutes, greased lightly with oil.
Prepare a doughnut pan by greasing it and lining it with butter paper, which should also be greased.
Divide the dough into pieces, shaping them into rounds. For larger doughnuts, aim for 12 pieces; for medium-sized, aim for 18 pieces, each weighing between 50-75 grams.
Shape the dough into smooth rounds and place them on a greased surface, covering them with plastic wrap to prevent hardening.
Let the dough rise until it doubles in size, which may take 20 minutes to 1 hour depending on the temperature.
Make sure to cut larger holes in the center of the doughnuts as they will shrink while baking or frying.
Heat oil in a pan on low flame for frying, and check the temperature by dropping a small piece of dough; it should bubble immediately.
Fry the doughnuts in batches, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for about 7-8 minutes until golden brown on each side.
Once fried, place the doughnuts on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
For decoration, melt chocolate and add oil to keep it soft. Dip the doughnuts in the chocolate and create designs using white chocolate.
Allow the decorated doughnuts to dry before serving.
