1 cup milk
3 cloves garlic (chopped)
2 pinches salt

2 medium potatoes (boiled and cut into finger shapes)
1 carrot (boiled and cut into finger shapes)
1/2 bell pepper (boiled and cut into finger shapes)
1/2 cucumber (cut into finger shapes)

1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon chili sauce

Cut chicken breast into two equal pieces and make shallow cuts on the surface.
